1. 35 miles south Wilmington NC and 40 miles north of Myrtle Beach airports
2. Wilmington International Airport, which is roughly 45 minutes to the north on US 17. There are also a few small local airports in Brunswick County, although I am not sure if you are interested in those. The Ocean Isle Beach Airport is located just off of the island along Route 179. And the other, the Brunswick County Airport, is located just off of Oak Island/Caswell Beach along Route 133. Hope this helps!
