North Carolina beach camping?

I need helping finding a place in NC where you can sleep in a tent on the beach. It would only be for 1 romantic night.lol. Thx. Oh also is there still a ban on building a fire on the beach?

1. Bear Island. It's really nice. You take a ferry to the island and then there's a short walk to the beach side of the island. No buildings or anything like that. =]
