can you recommend a vacation spot for me?

i want to go somewhere really warm and beautiful for my birthday. it's not until april, so i have some time to think about it, but i need to start. i'm thinking florida or the caribbean, because i've never been. so can you recommend some beautiful beaches or fun places to go? i like beaches that look like this: http://4-caribbean-villas.com/alamanda-resort/2-orient-beach-st-martin.jpg bright blue water, white sand...that is just ultimate in luxury to me. so are there any you can recommend for me?

3. Nice picture! My advise : Blue Bay Hotel & Resort ( adults only) Playa Dorada - Puerto Plata Dominican Republic. Nice beach (big) very nice hotel, good restaurant(s) disco "Mangu" nearby, Ocean World, Isabella de Torre ( cable car) and so much more to discover. I hope I helped you!. Enjoy it !
