whats the best holiday location in greece?

My friend and i are both 21 and want to go to Greece. We like to party but not 24 hours, in the day we want to relax on a beautiful quiet beach and visit some little shops/markets and then at night let our hair down and dance the night away in a busy atmosphere. Sounds fussy i know but we know what we want! Thanks

2. Santorini - I know there are clubs, but not sure how crazy it gets at night. Lots of cute little shops and things to do during the day. Also, there are remote beaches - even black sand beaches. It is one of the most beautiful locations in the world (I think it was even named that on the travel channel)! Ios (next to Santorini) has tons of clubs and bars. I went when I was 20 and loved both Islands. Ios is beautiful and a great place for a 20 something on vaca. I think you should do both!
3. Crete.......But don't stay right in the middle of the big places....Around Hersonissos are some nice villages where it is quiet during the day, and then just down the road in Port Hersonissos there is manic nightlife when you want it!
