Cancun Vs Acapulco for 2007 Spring Break?

My family has time share in both Cancun and Acapulco. I was planning on going to one for Spring Break, but I can't decide which is better. Since we will be staying in a condo, hotel pricing and things of that nature will not be an issue. We will be staying there anywhere from 6 to 8 days. I'd like beautiful beaches that are preferably not to crowded. I'd like one that had the best night life. I'd like the one that is best for activities like snorkeling, and scuba diving. What I am wondering is which place would be best for me and my friends to visit based on what we like. Can anyone, that has been to both tell me which they like best and why?
