Where would be the best vacation in Florida?

Me and my wife are wanting to go to florida for our first vacation alone away from the kids. We are looking for relaxation on a beautiful beach, in a beautiful resort where we can find things to do also like shopping, jet ski's, scuba diving., and some night life not to far away. Any suggestions?
