Hawaii Vacation: Need seclusion, romance, beautiful beach, RELAXATION!!?

I am surprising my fiance with a trip to Hawaii. We have never been there, and dont have tons of money. THIS IS OUR FIRST VACATION IN 3 YEARS. we NEED relaxation, beautiful beaches to bask in, and a room to do 'alone time things' haha at night please state the city/island whatever...i'm so confused on how hawaii is divided, all i know is i will probably fly from Philly, Pa to Honolulu, Hawaii Thanks so much

2. If I were you, I would go to the island of Oahu (Honolulu/Waikiki Beach). I would stay at the Pacific Beach Hotel in the Oceanarium Tower at least the 12th floor and higher (requesting a Diamond Head Partial Oceanview Room). If you go on Expedia.com, and request Pacific Beach Hotel, you might get lucky and get breakfast buffet included with the package!
3. If you seek seclusion, a beautiful beach and relaxation then you do not want to go to busy, noisy, toursity Waikiki. Instead, for LESS money, you want a beachfront studio in Kailua with all the facilities for cooking, or going to nearby restaurants, going into Honolulu only if you really want to, so it would be essential to have a car.
