Where in the U.S is warm, beautiful and fairly sophisticated?

I am a sophisticated, educated and kind-hearted lady, looking for a place to live in the U.S. where it is: warm but not hot; beautiful; has nice white sandy beaches; has some night life and excellent restaurants; and is convenient where I don't need to get in my car and drive for 10-20 minutes everytime I want to go out; safe with low likelihood of tornados and hurricanes; and is not mega expensive; I can handle moderately expensive, but not over the top expensive.

5. San Diego would be your place,but it is expensive.i worked out there for 6 months and loved it my wife and daughter flew out for a week and did not want to leave.even asked if we could move there.
