I am thinking of moving to Australia from Canada. What is the best place to live in Australia...?

Hi guys. I was wondering what the best place to live in Australia for beaches, warm weather year around and cheap accommodation? Also if you can - can you provide any websites for flights coming from Toronto to gold coast? I am thinking of moving in early may 2008. I would really appreciate any help. Thank You - Jonathan

1. Bundaburg, Queensland coast. You lucky person. Qantas should be a help with flying. Not sure of any travel websites. Check with a travel agent.
2. Almost anywhere between Coffs Harbour, NSW and Rockhampton in Queensland would be suitable. Probably any further north would be a little bit too hot for a Canadian until you get acclimatised. You'd have to check out accommodation costs but there are some beautiful places along the coast.
3. Noosa!!!! or anywhere in South east Queensland, Gods Country.
4. The GoldCoast for sure. Fly into brisbane. Huge amount of accommodation from Backpackers or tenting in a Tourist park right through to a Penthouse over looking the sea
5. i hope you have started the immigration process..............its not easy to qualify to go to australia and can take a year or more sometimes try xpedia.com for airfares
6. Qantas can help alot,but not sure of websites
