I would like to emigrate to Western Australia with family?

I am an environmental consultant in the transport industry, finding ways of getting company fleets to polute less. Would like to find a job in this area in Western Australia to enable me to be able to emigrate, can anyone help

They also have a program where you can buy a work permit for about $100,000 Australian dollars It seems to me that somebody with your skill might be a good candidate for a government job.
