do i need a permit to get married on an australian beach? HELP!?

2. Most likely you need a permit from the local municipality. Many people choose to get married in a park or other public place, where they need a permit from the municipality and after the ceremony they have to ensure that the area is cleaned.
3. This will depend on the municipality that the beach is in. The most definate way to resolve the question is ,find out what council controls the beach then ask them if their by-laws reqire a permit for the wedding.
