Am moving to Sydney in the next month. Can anyone give me a rough idea of how much flats apratments are too rent in the Manly region? Ideally close as possible to the beach.

3. Not cheap - and the closer you are to the beach the more you will pay. Suggest you have a look on yahoo's rental property page http://yahoo.domain.com.au/
4. probably no less than $300 a week 4 a shoebox

6. house prices are rising..and so is rent and especially near the beach
