How do I lose muscles in my arms?
I want to lose weight in my arms, they are too muscular and big...I really want to get rid of these manly muscles before I hit the beach!! Please help! I can't lift weights, I am trying to lose muscle, not gain any!

- Don't use the muscles for anything for a while? Cut down on protein as thats good for muscle growth.. It's really a case of not using the muscles for a while.
- just dont do much work with your arms, i dont know if you can get rid of them, but i know it wont shape them to look muscular
- they will get flabby if u sit around and do nothing,you dont want to lose muscle you want to lose fat, just lift wieghts and you will have skinnier arms.
- do you want to loose all your muscle weight? if so then dont work them out at all and eat fast food (makes you loose muscle quick) but just make sure you work-out the rest of your body so you dont loose muscle there, if you just want to tone your muslces in your arms down then just lift smaller weights, like 4-5lbs. good luck:)
- Just avoid using your arms in almost anything to do, which seems impossible. Sleep more often.
