Where in Western Australia can i buy cheap rural land?

Hi, im wanting to purchase rural land somewhere in Western Australia that i can farm sheep or cattle as well as wheat. I am after a few hundred acres and wanting to spend max of $120,000 for just the land. Then wanting to build on it later on next year (once i finish uni). Im working full time and at uni so i can only get a $120,000 loan at the moment. What areas can you suggest please?
