Texas Beaches vs. Oil Spill ?

Me and my church group were planning a retreat to Corpus or South Padre but we don't know the status of the beaches due to the oil spill. Can anybody tell me what the news is for texas beaches?

2. so far, they are OK, but any change in the wind patterns (especially a hurricane) will change that quickly.
