Is the Oil from the Gulf now washing ashore onto Texas beaches Obama's FAULT?

1. BP guaranteed that they could contain a oil spill from their drilling rig. The states on the Gulf coast that wanted off shore oil drilling guaranteed they had effective contingency plans in place to protect their coast in the event of an oil spill. Both were wrong but the sheeple blame President Obama.
2. Yes. It's always easier to blame the black guy than to contemplate a complex issue and analyze what's actually going on, which in this case is that the fat cats who own and run BP and Halliburton and Transocean SCREWED the American public.
