What beaches in california allow you to ride horses?

me and my friend are going to California this summer for a week. they where considering taking there horses. are there any beaches there that allow you to ride horses on the beach.

1. All of them. Beaches in California are all free public property (unless it is military land).
2. There is a stable south of Pacifica near Half Moon Bay. I don't know the name. Located in Hwy 1.
3. I am pretty sure that not all the beaches in California allow horses. There are usually specified places that are allowed, but in southern california many of the beaches are very packed, and horses are not allowed everywhere. In northern California it is a little less populated and easier to find places to ride. I also know for a fact that there are a number of beaches in California that do not even allow dogs, so i have a hard time believing that horses would be allowed at those beaches.
