Are florida beaches/resorts/businesses getting affected from the Oil Spill ?

1. They will be when the oil is laying on their white sandy beaches soon.
2. Not yet.
3. Of course they are! Tourism is the bread and butter for Florida and vacation cancellations are already coming in state wide. According to the Sun Sentinel - Local attorneys are holding seminars to educate local business owners how to document their losses. According to FNN the state is spending big bucks trying to get the word out that the oil hasn't reached our beaches - YET. Pensacola is expecting "oil sheen" this weekend which means the state tourism board will have to pull the current ads.
