Which destination would you recommend?
My boyfriend and I are planning on going on vacation at the end of March. We want something different from the "popular spots" like Jamaica, Dominican, Cuba and Mexico. We are looking into St. Lucia, St. Martin, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Barbados, etc. We want beachfront and a very nice resort. Preferably all inclusive. I'd like somewhere that has nice scenery and isn't just beach, although the beach is most important. We are planning for this to be a "romantic" vacation. Could anyone compare these or have any inside advice on details to do with these destinations? Thanks!

- Try the Philippines like Bohol island, Boracay island, Davao, Palawan island and Cebu!
- Been to Saint Martin Bahamas Bonaire St thomas and a few others and the best is definately Costa Rica. Stay on the Pacific coast Guanacaste area. I stay in Playa Grande and there are a few other Playas in the area where the beaches are all beautiful. it has not rained once since November and has a nice cool breeze to keep you from completely melting. You can take a $30 interbus (a small bus shuttle) to Arenal or Monteverde and get completely different weather and terrain for a change - big mountains a constant mist and much cooler temps - rain and cloud forest etc. I would recommend you look around as there are many places even right on the beach in Playa grande but I wouldnt go all inclusve as there are cheap rentals great restaurants in town and cheap drinks pretty much everywhere - checked most of the coast out and really like the Playa grande area for the scenery attitude of the locals beaches restaurants and the secludedness - there is no traffic etc..
