How easy is it to get a job on the great barrier reef as a scuba instructor?

When I leave university I'm going to travel to australia and I will have a BSAC instructor qualification. I was just wondering how easy it is to get a job as a scuba instructor on the great barrier reef?

1. probably as hard as it will be to get a work visa
2. PADI dominates in Australia, so it might be difficult. Also I think you would need local knowledge.
