Are the beaches in North Carolina cheaper than in South Carolina?

2. Most beaches in NC are cheaper than SC, but there isn't as much to do as places like Myrtle Beach, but unless you're into over commercialized places like Myrtle Beach, then you'll prefer NC beaches. Atlantic Beach on the Crystal Coast is an affordable area, and it's very nice there too. There's also an area called Pine Knoll Shores which is near Atlantic Beach, but it's mostly condos for rent.
