review of literature regarding beach resorts?

I'm having a hard time making a review of related literature about beach resorts where my title is comparison of the income of two leading beach resorts in our town. Hmm any sources you know please help??

1. If there were no previous studies done on the beach resorts in your locale, then you don't have to include a "review of related literature" in your research paper. You can say something like "There is a dearth of research studies in this area."
