BONDI BEACH, SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA.?

Because more than 40,000 visitors visit Bondi Beach on a typical summer weekend, what would that cause for the residents ? please help (:

1. Parking problems, litter, noise, crowds
2. the beach move inland like mittagong
3. In 1980 I rented a 2 bedroom flat in Curlewis Street for 32 dollars a week, it's a hundred meters from the water. Same flat today, 800 bucks plus. Locals put up with the tourists for heaven knows what reasons. They are all tourists. Enuf said. Bondi in Summer is for them and Sydney posers. Average joe avoids the place like the plague. It's so overpriced and crowded it just aint worth being there---unless a tourist. Or a poser.
