European beach holiday with a small baby?

We'd like to go on a short beach holiday (4-5 days max) in September somewhere in Europe. We have a small baby (will be 5 months then), so we're looking for a more relaxing, quiet kind of holiday. We've been to Barcelona (and a resort nearby) and Majorca, so would probably like to try somewhere else.
