why my surfing friends avoid calling me or going to the beach and surfing with me now when they know im gay?

Im professional kickboxer and surfer. why my surfing friends avoid calling me or going to the beach and surfing with me now when they discover im gay like society cant make a peace with it, if you are strong aggressive sporty and gay they feel jeopardized and unsecured that gay man can be better and stronger in surfing or kickboxing or they feel less manly if they lose from the gay man.Im gay but I prefer straight man company than a gay man because I have similar interest with most straight man like a sport im kickboxer , surfer and I train skydiving.It is really hard to find someone with my field of interest in a gay world.why straight woman loves us and straight guys hate us?

2. Hmm, well most girls like gay guys, because they don't have to worry about being hit on. We can hang out with you & it's just like hanging out with another girl. Also, most guys aren't dramatic like girls, so it's relaxing to hang out with gay guys. As for guys, I think maybe they don't want you to see them in their swimming trunks? Or you're probably right about how getting beat by you would hurt their pride. Some guys are just really narrow-minded, but I wouldn't let it bother you. That just makes them look really pathetic & you're better off without them.
3. i know plenty of guys who wouldn't run from you. it sounds like you just have the wrong friends. aren't you glad you found out who they are now? hang in there. you'll discover plenty of people who aren't as narrow-minded once you let the old ones go. you can come surf with us anytime.
4. because they are complete idiots. people can't stand the word "different." i think you should make other friends who like you for who you are.
5. They probably just feel insecure in the company of someone who is gay, like if they hang around with gay people they are going to be gay or something stupid like that. I know people who feel similar to that.
