What are the best/cleanest beaches in NJ for swimming?

I'm from jersey, but I'm wondering what beaches everyone else likes in NJ... I want to see what beaches are best for swimming and just relaxing?

1. try longbranch... not too crowded when we went there... no boardwalk :)
