good beach holiday in the EU, ideas please!?

I am thinking of going with friend on a relaxing beach holiday in the EU, any ideas? want a beach and good night life! We are on a budget, living in the UK and can go for 4 days beginning of July.

1. Wow everyone knows Portugal is the best place. Nicest and most warm beaches in Europe. Very cheap too.
