  1. sand on shore then water with waves why would it be different except that there are Aussies on our beaches & not Americans
  2. I haven't seen many beaches in USA but I did see one in Sanfrancisco and didn't like it, there was Graffiti all along the walls the sand looked dirty and no surf waves. In Australia our beaches vary depending where you are. We have some super surf beaches and on the Gold Coast lovely sand that is cleaned up daily they are netted for sharks and life guards on duty as sometimes they can get some dangerous rips.
  3. filled with sharks. a lot of them have nice sand but behind them is usually just mud and dirt
  4. well i dont know what your beaches are like in US. but here depends were you go. If you want good surf, good beach, incredibly good looking people go to gold coast. If you want real BIG waves go to Perth If you want to watch tourists get caught in rips go to bondi
  5. Aussie beaches are the best in the world - see some pics here http://images.google.com.au/images?hl=en&q=qld+beaches&btnG=Search+Images&gbv=2&aq=f&oq= USA - never been there, I would rather stay in paradise, Australia.
  6. Many of the beaches in Australia are a lot like the ones in the US. In Australia though they just seem better, the water is bluer and the sand is cleaner.
  7. White sand, bright blue water... beautiful!
