BEST BEACH RESORTS IN PALAWAN OR CEBU OR BOHOL WITH PARTY LIFE?

hey guys, its me again...i need your suggestions coz im planning to get visit bohol and/or palawan...i was wondering if any of you could give me details on which beach resorts has jaw-dropping beach water... and considering to have a party life at night time, just like in boracay...scuba diving and snorkling will be part of my activities...i needed your help peepz... greatly appreciate it. thanks!=)

2. Moalboal in Cebu has great diving, great snorkeling and ok nightlife, not many girls, mostly divers. Beach is soso but a nice white beach is near by. It is basically a divers resort. 2-3 hr by bus from cebu southern bus terminal
