Jamaica - what city has the prettiest waters/beaches and would make the best honeymoon?

We would like to see pretty sights, do fun outdoors activities, and lounge on pretty beaches. Any details you have would be very much appreciated!

1. negril. not a city but a town. we only have 2 cities
2. There are 3 main areas of Jamaica where resorts are concentrated : Negril , Montego Bay & Ocho Rios ; each has it's own unique features to offer potential visitors . Negril has by far the best beaches & a relaxed , friendly vibe that is unmatched anywhere in the Caribbean ; Negril is on the West coast of Jamaica & also features fabulous sunsets . Montego Bay is the hub of Jamaica , right on the Northwest tip of the Island , equidistant of both Negril & Ocho Rios ; it features nice beaches ( depending on resort location ) , plenty of shopping & fun excursions are a busride away . Ocho Rios is on the Northeast coast , a port of call for cruise ships , mostly man made beaches , duty free shopping & many outdoor excursions to choose from are a short ride away ( like zipline tours , Dunn's River Falls , river rafting , horse back riding , visit to Bob Marley's birthplace & town , etc. ) It's a very " touristy " area & not the ideal place to Honeymoon , depending on what you're looking for . 3. I just came back from Jamaica and I loved Runaway bay I stayed at the superclubs breezes there and it was amazing The beach was gorgeous
4. Negril by FAR! Its a quaint little town where you can relax all day and/or party all night. Home of the world famous Ricks Cafe, Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, Alfreds Ocean Palace (my fave place), Bourbon Beach and the Jungle, to name a very few. There is plenty of arts and crafts vendors on the beach and streetside, but you should definitely go to Times Square duty free mall in Negril, its cheaper. We stay at Superclubs Rooms on the Beach cuz its the cleanest, nicest, best located hotel on the beach, directly in the middle of 7 mile beach and all the bars, clubs and restaraunts. 6. Montego Bay and Ocho Rios are places where people go to go to an all inclusive resort and never leave. If you want to be able to go off and do what you want go to Negril. NEgril also has 7 miles of beaches. Negril is by far the best place on the Island IMHO
7. Negril, there are a range of resorts from really low to mid range in price and there is a long strip of beach that you can roam without being harnessed by a tour guide. There are also sunset cruises, water sports and a lot of other activities like restaurants and bars that you can enjoy without paying hotel overhead. Go to WWW.NEGRIL.COM to see the offerings.
