Are there any all inclusive resorts in Texas other than the beach?

Want to stay at an all inclusive resort not near South Padre or Galveston, etc. Any that you know of in Texas?

1. THere might be a couple but those would not be well advertised. Most all inclusives are tied to the coast where the entertainment options are limited to beachy type activities thus lowering costs.
