Why is there a different color in the sand in texas (yellow) and florida (white) beaches?

1. that is because sand is formed by diffrerent kind of rocks or coral .. if is yellow where rocks and selenite were transformed in sand,, if white is more coral than rocks on sand composition x)
2. They don't allow peeing on Florida beaches.
