Royal Caribbean Freedom of the seas or Beaches Turks and Caicos?

My mom is taking us on our last vacation together all as family as my brother is going off to college in two years we want to go in Febuary and there are 3 teens 13, 15, and 17 and my parents are in there early 50's my brother, dad, and I want action and my sister and mom want relaxation so which would be the best of both worlds and what were your experience at these places. Also if you know of any good discount sites for these vacations. We want to be able to go to a soda bar and just pick up a coke without worrying about a bill. We really don't want to pay for anything just no worrys

There is a new acqua park there where you could enjoy yourselves, or you could participate in other beach activities which would satisfy your wish for activity. 2. i went to beaches turks and caicos for spring break it was very relaxing and fun and they have a teens club which you get to hang out with all the teen kids and the beach is crystal clear and beautiful .also turks and caicos is all inclusive cruises are not and they get boring after the first couple of days and you start to claustrophobic .i would go to beaches it way more fun.if you go to beaches stay in the italian villages .
