Garie Beach

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Tenerife or Lanzarote?

I want to travel with my family to one of this islands. It will be a surprise to my parents, aunt and cousins. Which one is the best? I search for a place with a beautiful white/yellow-sand beach (where I live all the beaches are with like black sand.. so, please nothing like that!). A place good for families, for kids also (not mine.. Thank god (: ) But also a place with good nightlife (I'm young, so I want to have fun) So...which place of these three would be the best? And please don't say Playa del Ingles/Maspalomas because my parents already were there. Thank you very much!

  1. The island with the good beaches is Fuerteventura.
  2. Agree; Fuerteventura. Miles of pure sand. Either Coralejo, in the north, or Jandia, in the south. They have night life. Warning! If you wander too far from the main beaches, you will find naturist bathers!
  3. I live in Tenerife and there are a few white sandy beaches here although nothing as good as the beaches in Fuerteventura however the night life there (Fuerteventura) isn't great. There are white beaches in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife and Puerto Colon which is more central has a white sandy beach. There's also a great white beach in the north of the island....Las Terrasitas, just google Las Terrasitas Tenerife and look at the images, it's a lovely beach and new to Tenerife is Siam Park, a water park with a pure white sand beach, the best wave machine ever and loads of amazing rides, its the biggest water park in europe i believe (http://www.siampark.net) I'd recommend Tenerife but then I'm biased, just don't like Gran Canaria and after living in Lanzarote for five years I wouldn't really recommend there either, Tenerife's the best! Enjoy your hols

  5. Lanzarote. But eveyone has got a different opinion :D
