Beaches Turks and Caicos resorts?

Were looking into taking a vacation next year and am thinking that Beaches Turks and Caicos looks nice. Are they what they hold up to, and personal experiences there? Thanks

1. I don't have the experience yet but we are going there Jan 2010. I have a few friends that have all stayed there and highly recommend it. I can't wait and am extremely excited. I have gone to youtube.com and looked up turks and caicos and it pulls up peoples home videos of being there. you should check it out.

3. It depends what you want. If you are after a relaxing beach holiday, then this particular beach has been voted best in the world for several years running. Beaches is, in fact, the resort which hosts the world tourist conference. It was badly hit by Hurricane Ike and has been refurbished, with the Italian village a bran new addition. You will be made welcome and it is comfortable, with all sorts of beach based activities to choose from. It is convenient to have an all inclusive programme, as prices in Providenciales tend to be on the high side and at least you don't have to worry about how far your money goes. If you're looking for culture or for a wonderful night life, then it is probably not the right choice, but if you want to enjoy the sea and sand, the magnificent skies of the TCI (the clouds are spectacularly beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset) and the bird life and indulge in some snorkelling or diving, then you'll be well pleased. The food is good but not spectacularly so and the staff are very welcoming.
