Flying into Sydney just for the day.?
I'm flying into Sydney just for the day. Arriving at 7:30am and leaving at 9pm. Would like to see all the tourist attractions, plus eat at Pompei's in Bondi Beach and Govindas in Darlinghurst. What is my best form of public transportation? Would the "DayTripper" pass be a good idea? Also, how long would it take me to get from Govinda's to the airport? Any help would be really appreciated. I'm flying in from Melbourne, so I will have already passed thru immigration. I can't change my flight now, its already a done deal. so with that in mind, would that daytripper pass be the way to go?

- You will have problems with immigration only coming for 1 day. They will suspect you of carrying drugs. I would advise against it and come for a week at least. You won't see anything in a few hours.
- You can get the 380 bus between Bondi and Darlinghurst. You'd have to get off on Oxford Street and walk towards the Cross for Govindas. I'd definitely get a cab back to the airport from there.... it's not that far - around $30-$40, maybe less.
- U sound like a drug mule Y would u only visit sydney for a day if not to drop off drugs to ur source?? Pompei's & Govinda's are known drug dealer restaurants & distribution centres for child pornography. Customs will b on to u as soon as u step off the plane Don't do it, think of the children !
