Can you recommend some unique and fun California beaches?

I'm going to California in June. I've already been to Santa Monica beach/pier twice and Coronado Beach also. What other beaches should I see on this trip? Is there a good website that reviews beaches in Southern California? I'm staying in Anaheim, a couple of hours drive is ok.

1. Really, after you have been to the beach three times you have done all the beach stuff. I live 2 miles from Balboa Beach and only go there to show it to tourists. That said, go to Venice Beach. It is fun for maybe 3 hours.
2. Try Newport beach and Huntington Beach both are fun... Also down the coast abit is Laguna nice beaches great art scene
