Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Tenerife or Lanzarote?

I want to travel with my family to one of this islands. It will be a surprise to my parents, aunt and cousins. Which one is the best? I search for a place with a beautiful white/yellow-sand beach (where I live all the beaches are with like black sand.. so, please nothing like that!). A place good for families, for kids also (not mine.. Thank god (: ) But also a place with good nightlife (I'm young, so I want to have fun) So...which place of these three would be the best? And please don't say Playa del Ingles/Maspalomas because my parents already were there. Thank you very much!

1. I've been to Tenerife and Gran Canaria. If you go to Tenerife go to Playa de Las Américas, Its great there! and near the beaches, pubs and restaurants. I've been there for 4 Years now, Its great! I would Recommend the Hotels La Siesta, Noelia Sur, Volcano and Conquistador.
