places to visit in Sydney that aren't the standard cliche tourist spots?

I have a friend visiting from the UK soon, who's never been to Sydney before. What are some of your favourite spots in Sydney that I should show her? I don't really wanna do the lame cliche tourist spots, like the Opera House, Bondi Beach and all that crap, but show her some great spots around here that are a little more untouched by souvenier stores :)

1. The bottom of Sydney Harbour. It's one of the best places for marine arceological dives there is. Theres lots of stuff down there including the remains of at least two wrecks.
