whats better a 7 speed or a 3 speed beach Cruiser ?

im looking to buy a beach cruiser to ride acationaly but manly to put up on a mag trainer just wondering what will work better thanks for your time

1. both internal, yes? 7 is 2.3 times better. wow, a cruiser on the trainer?!? i've never seen anybody do that...maybe its done all the time (or just "acationaly"), but i've never even thought of it. you should definately post photos...or videos. try it on rollers!
