Where is good place to go for a Beach Holiday over Christmas?

My Wife and I want to get away for a 2 week beach holiday over Christmas this year, but we're having trouble deciding where to go. We where thinking of Malaysia but it's monsoon season in December so we have ruled that option out. Any suggestions on parts of the world that offer good weather and great beaches in December would be gratefully received.

  4. We went to Tanzania last year. We spent part of it on the mainland and part of it on the Island of Zanzibar. That was absolutely amazing! I'd definatley recommend it. BA fly to Dar Es Salaam as do KLM. I think there are other airlines too. Zanzibar has great beach resorts. They are remote but they all run trips to see the various things that there are to see. Otherwise you should spend 2 or 3 days in Stone town before heading to a beach resort. It depends what you're into.

  7. I would go to New Zealand. You have to see New Zealand for your own eyes.
  8. Sydney because it summer there and the beaches are gorgeous but i am going to spain for xmas but it should be nice there aswell

  10. Why not New Zealand? There's one called Ninety Mile Beach, and they are mostly uncrowded.
