AM I FAT? (Pictures included)?
It's just been winter in Australia here and it's coming into summer now. I've put on a few kilos over the winter.. I feel so gross and depressed. I'm a size 12 now and I use to fit into size 10. My friends are all going to the beach and look amazing, yet I look so average. I need some constructive criticism. I have a few physical disabilities and injuries which means I cannot run or do exercise every day (I need to take 24-48 hours rest between cardio-exercise periods). I enjoy yoga but always seem to forget.. Where do I need to lose the weight? How much? At the moment I'm 175cm/5'9. 70kgs/159lb. - You aren't fat. You could tone up if you want to drop some sizes; I can't really think of anyone who wouldn't benefit from cardio exercise here and there. For 19 you're fine.

- I don't see a difference in your size. If you are holding your stomach in, that is probably why. You look a normal size, small enough to wear a bikini. Go for it.

- honey, i think you look fine. but if you want to improve, i suggest toning, try going back to yoga. or maybe just working on your stretches everyday. or do some crunches, lunges and push ups reps as a bit of a daily workout.
- belly part all the way round, upper part of legs as u are not fat, I would recommend u to eat a bit less, it will all go away fast.
- Your not 'fat' but then again what do you class as fat? If your worried about your weight eat healthy food and drink healthy drinks. Stay away from heavy deserts and pastrys and other fatty foods. Or hire a nutritionist,Cant you swim? or gently jog? Or even do some press ups each morning. Soya meats and dairy are also a healthy alternative. Stir frys with non egg noodles are good to. And you can also check out a healthy eating book from your local library or buy one. There are many gentle exercise videos out too.

- dont worry, ive gained over winter too haha. it IS depressing, but you just have to learn to live with your new body as i am? =l 175cm is the perfect height, which means you can carry off having more fat than someone like me (166 ish?).. i always think that anyone that has confidence can pull off a bikini, you're never going to look as good as the 14 year old size 6 but you should still think of yourself as beautiful because you are (:
- haha no you are not fat. Just a lil fat on the sides that all. If you want to lose some weight eat healthier, and cut down on the calorie intake by writing down how many calories you take in. Take more walks. you look good tho.
- You are by no means fat! Enjoy the beach with your friends... wear your bikini and be proud! If you feel awkward, wear a wrap or pair of shorts. I am a size 2, I'm 27 and have a 4 year old. I am naturally petite, but have developed a tummy and love handles after I had my daughter. I know I'll never be a size 0 again, but I'm perfectly happy being a normal healthy weight. :)

- OMG you poor thing. If you always rely on someone else to tell you you're beautiful and skinny, you will ALWAYS be fat. So what you're a size 12! I am too. sometimes a 14, sometimes 10! Yeah I look at myself sometimes and wish I was thinner but who doesn't? The reality is, to feel good about yourself you have to forget about others and never compare yourself. CURVES = BEAUTIFUL

- I dont think your fat or overweight but it could get that way so start cutting down on food if your overeating. When you have meat make sure its only the size of your palm and drink plenty of water or you will get water retention. walk briskly for like 20 mins a day dont jog or run and try doing 20 sit ups a day and squats and lunges that will tone your hips thighs and butt. your arms up the top dont look toned so go buy a set of weights they are like $70 from a sports store and do that. or you could join a gym some are cheap and they can set up a plan and help you with places on your body that your not happy with. dont let anyone tell you your fine the way you are because i was once thin then i felt i was putting on weight and when i asked people if i was fat they would say no but what they should have said was not real fat but you will end up that way .and because those people werent honest with me i put on weight. So start now or you'll ither be too fat that you wont care or too fat that its harder to lose it and the longer you leave it the more fat cells will be created and you can never get rid of them only by lipo
- its completely up to how you feel about your body. if u r unhappy, dont let misery take u down, do something about it, lk buying a treadmill! if u r happy stay confident and dnt buy a treadmill! but if u think ur a bit of both eat a bit of junk but in the mean time wear sexy outfits to make u fell sexy.
