- ok
- faque beibe soy de argentina jajajjaja
- IDK OF ANY MEXICOS BEACHSES NEAR, BUT MY BEST ADVISE WOULD BE TO SEARCH FOR MONTERRYS BEACHES. I HAVE HEARD THAT THEY ARE VERY PRETTY AND ITS NEAR THE BORDER. TIME TO SEARCH THE WEB...
- Who are you, Miss South Carolina? Get onto Google Maps, don't be lazy.
- The northern Mexico beaches look just like the southern texas beaches, except the texas beaches arent controlled by drug cartels
- Sounds like a plan!
- Not a really great plan, IMHO. South Texas's best beach is South Padre Island, and there are no Mexican beaches better than that within 7 hours driving distance. The only pseudo-touristic / recreational destination would be Tampico and perhaps some of the tiny Gulf coast fishing villages along the coast. Nothing on the Pacific side is within 7 hours of Austin. What most people in Austin do who crave a Mexican beach vacation is hop on over to the VivaAerobus web site. They advertise 1 cent fares, but with taxes and fees, they end up costing like $180 round trip to resort areas of Cancun and Puerto Vallarta....both of which are ten times better choices than Tampico or anything nearby. If I were you, I'd either content myself with South Padre, or I'd bit the bullet for a plane ticket to a REAL Mexican beach resort area.
- "Mark" is absolutely right. There are no Mexican beaches along that northern Gulf coast. The area is very undeveloped, there are many oil wells, but no resorts or accessible beach areas until you reach Tampico. Tampico has an "Ok" beach...but definitely not a resort area or worth that long drive. Either stick to the Tx. beaches or try Viviaerobus to Cancun.
