is it illegal for a 16 year old to get a 14 yr old preg in Perth Western Australia?

ok since my gf is makin me ask all these questions on here i just want to know what the iisues would be? thanx for ur helpp. by the way i live in perth western australia andi know about the whole statutory rape biz thing is, she is pregnant.

1. If you're 16 you don't qualify for statutory rape when having sex with a 14 year old. I don't think there are any crimes involved in what you are describing unless she says you raped her. Because you are both wards of your parents, you may be extremely grounded. Also, having sex with or as a 14 year old is hyper low class and is likely to get you guys a permanent social stigma. Also, I don't think 14 year olds can get married, so the kid is likely to be born out of wedlock. To really know though, you should consult an Australian lawyer.

3. ok im in aussie. its illegal if ur 16 and shes 14 u can be charged with statutory rape. so if u no its statutory rape then why are u asking if its illigal
