Beautiful Beach Wedding Locations?

Hi, I am looking to get married this February in Florida. My boyfriend and I are just going to drive down, get married, and have our honeymoon. We just want something simple although we are looking for a great resort that does weddings there. Neither of us have ever seen beautiful blue/green water and white sand beaches so that is a must with us. Does anyone know of any great resorts? Thanks!!

1. Destin the water is beautiful and also Key West would be another to have good pictures.
2. I have the perfect location for your wedding...Destin, Florida. I had never been to Destin until my niece got married there last April. She was married on the beach in front of a public pavillion. The white sand beach and the beautiful color of the water made the wedding a fairytale. We stayed in a brand new resort across the street from the beach...a tall sky-scraping hotel and our views from our condos were awesome.

4. Venice Beach and Englewood Beach in Florida are some of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen (we live in Fla). Englewood Beach Stump Pass Park is nice because it is a nature preserve. You will get beautiful pictures because the beaches don't have high rises on them. Lido Key is also very beautiful and closer to Sarasota so there woulbe be more hotel/resort options. We used www.weddingsinsarasota.com to perfrom our ceremony. They were great and VERY affordable.
5. Seaside, Florida is beautiful. If you look it up online, there will be information about how to contact people who are in charge of the community. Fort Lauderdale has Bahia Mar Beach Resort and Yacht Club. It is pretty. You might also look at the Boca Raton Resort and Club. The Sanibel Collection in Sanibel, Fla, is nice. Also the Hilton Cocoa Beach in Cocoa Beach. I am not positive what you are exactly looking for. But with Five Star Alliance (www.fivestaralliance.com), you can find a lot of information about hotels in a certain area. Hope you find the perfect spot for you!

7. I grew up in the Tarpon Springs/Clearwater area. Howard Park Beach in Tarpon springs is one of the most beautiful Fl beaches I've ever seen. They bring in new, white sand every spring, the water is crystal clear and you can see the ocean floor from like 10 feet up. It isn't called Clearwater for nothing! And resorts are cheaper there than like Orlando/WPB/Ft. Lauderdale. Also, the beaches are less crowded. Steer clear of Daytona-- it's dirty & disgusting.
