1. I know of Fire Island National Seashore. Several Nudist/Clothing Optional Clubs such as Empire Haven, Brushwood, and many more. http://www.aanr.com will give you a pretty good list. Also, toplessness is legal at most NYS state parks and I've gone nude in many remote Adirondack Park lakes.
