Los Angeles California ..Wich Beach is Good and Close To Dwontown LA and What Bus Or Metro Take You to Beaches?

Anyone Can tell please wich beach is good near Downtown Los Angeles california and wich bus or metro take u to the beaches any direct train or bus n faster way..im going for vocation for a few days i wana see some good attraction in LA..

1. The closest beach to downtown is Santa Monica Beach, in the city of Santa Monica. From downtown LA, the best way to get there is to take the "Big Blue Bus" (Santa Monica Bus Lines) #10 from downtown. Check out bigbluebus.com Have fun!
2. "O-man" gave you a great answer if you were going to the beach from downtown Los Angeles. However you stated (in other questions) that you are staying at the Airport Howard Johnson hotel, so you're literally on the other side of the runway from the ocean. Why not try either Venice Beach to the north or Manhattan Beach to the south. Cab fare would only be a couple dollars since both are only a couple miles away from your hotel.
3. yes Obsiman gave you good suggestion Santa Monica beach in addition there is Venice beach which also reachable from downtown Los Angeles take line 33 or 333 from downtown LA to Venice beach
4. Santa Monica is closest, but travel a bit further for a better experience in Malibu.
