What part of texas is the crunkest part, what do u do for fun as far as clubs and beaches and so forth...?

I'm an african american about to move to texas but i dont know what part yet, i want to move to the crunkest but safest part of texas with lots of black people (I'm not racist) with the tightest highschools, clubs, parks, malls and so forth....somebody from texas please tell me whats up!!!

Austin is fun because of the mix of students Houston is pretty relaxed am not familiar with crunkest so no idea what you mean
To be honest, the safest parts of Texas do not have lots of black people in them. I don't want to sound racist either, but that is the way it shakes out. What you want to do is move into a safe neighborhood. You want to go a high school where you get the best education, not where it is the "tightest." As for clubs, parks, and malls, that's all a matter of opinion. What I like is probably different from what you do.
