Beach resorts in Lian, Lobo, Calatagan or San Juan, Batangas....?

Please help...i'm looking for a cheap but nice beach resort in batangas. We're a large group of about 30-35 persons. We're on a tight budget. Can you recommend a resort which can we rent on very cheap price? I know there are lots out there but those cheap resorts have no websites...can anyone help? thanks!

1. Lian has the cheapest resorts, Calatagan the most expensive ones.
2. The only one i know there is Pier one resort. I don't know the prices but the resort is nice and they can handle 35 persons I also found this for you:http://www.virginbeachresort.com/
