Know any Southern California beaches that allows barbecue grilling?

We're a big group of friends here in Orange county and we're currently planning a birthday party for one of our friends in August. We wanted to do this year's picnic at the beach.... but we don't really know where since answers are limited here on the net. Do you know if there's any beach here in Southern California that will allow you to barbecue? I saw an ad about Balboa Beach having barbecue grills, but then I went on their website and it doesn't even say much about it... (sigh....)

2. You can bbq at Huntington. I'm not sure if they have grills though. You may have to bring your own. Have fun!
